eSlide provides FTP access as a means of transferring files larger than those typically accepted by client email accounts.

You must contact eSlide prior to using this feature, so that we may assign you a username and password. The only software you may need in order to use this feature is WINZIP®, as we typically ZIP files posted to the FTP so that transfer takes less time.

Logging In

You must log in before you can access the eSlide FTP:
  • Enter username and password
  • Click LOGIN
You will then see a list of folders. Click on the folder that you have been assigned in order to upload or download files.

To Upload Files
  • Click the File Upload link at the top of the page
  • An UPLOAD dialog box will open asking you to supply the file location, and a file description.
  • Click the BROWSE button to find the file you wish to upload from your computer.
  • Type a simple description in the description field, for instance: “file to edit”
  • Click the UPLOAD button at the bottom of the dialog box to begin transferring the file. You will see an hourglass onscreen while the file uploads.
  • When your file is finished you will see a confirmation message. Just click OK and you will see your file appear in the file list.
To Download Files
  • Simply click on the name of the file that you wish to download
  • A SAVE dialog box will appear. Type the name that you wish to give the file, and specify the location to which you want it to be saved.
  • Click SAVE and the file will download.
Transfer speed is limited by the speed of available internet connections.
