Our services can be helpful no matter
the state of your presentation. We find that typical production
scenarios fall under two categories: Production Assistance and
Full Service Support.
Production Assistance covers any aspect of involvement with
the
"do-it-yourself" presenter, including:
- Help at the start of a project by providing user-friendly
presentation templates and page samples which you populate
with your content
- Creating complicated pages containing artwork, charts
and graphs
that may be outside the author’s PowerPoint skill set –
these
individual elements can be added to your presentation to
help
take it to a higher level
- Graphically enhancing or cleaning up existing PowerPoint
presentations by applying our design skills to your page
layouts, or changing long paragraphs of text into charts,
diagrams or other infographics
Full Service Support would entail our involvement from the beginning
concepts through to the final presentation, including:
- Initial consultations to determine the most effective
way for your information to be presented and to plan a development
strategy
- Creating custom templates to match your brand, or the
branding
in place for a particular event, or to develop new branding
for a group, initiative or event
- Working your rough content into finished slides, and then
handling rounds of revisions as authors hone their message,
until together we reach a final polished end product
